PROGRAM DETAILS
The purchaser may exchange an eligible, pre-owned vehicle within 5 calendar days (day 1 is the day of purchase) or 500 miles, whichever comes first, if not completely satisfied with the purchase. Vehicle must be exchanged at 777 Nissan location from which it was originally purchased, in its original condition, by the original purchaser(s), and be accompanied by all original documentation. 777 Nissan WILL NOT refund tax, title, registration, dealer documentation or license fees. However, the customer may be eligible for abatement from NV State for some of these costs. Customer must pay any interest due, principal balances, and any other amounts due to provide a free and clear title of the vehicle to 777 Nissan. Vehicle insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and/or any related expenses are all separate transactions from the vehicle purchase and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Details:
If the purchaser chooses to exchange this vehicle for another in-stock, pre-owned vehicle, the purchaser will receive credit for the following amounts paid towards the original vehicle:
•  The down payment and any other amounts paid toward the principle balance of the financial agreement.
•  The agreed upon trade in value/equity from the traded vehicle.
If the purchase price of the vehicle being exchanged is less than the purchase price of the replacement vehicle, the purchaser will pay the difference. If the purchase price of the vehicle being exchanged is greater than the purchase price of the replacement vehicle, the purchaser will receive credit for the difference. Any changes or modifications in finance agreements resulting from these transactions are subject to the approval of the funding source. Customer must re-apply, and be re-approved, for the new credit terms to complete the exchange.
Exclusions:
•  Out-of-state buyers (any non-NV State resident or any vehicle purchased for registration outside of the state of NV).
•  Fleet vehicles (any vehicle to be used for commercial purposes).
•  Vehicles for livery use (any taxi, rideshare, or delivery services).
•  Customers or family members of customers who have previously returned vehicles under this program.
•  Vehicles acquired in exchange under these programs.
•  Vehicles that have had any after-market accessories installed or modifications made to them (returning the vehicle to OEM spec does not qualify it for the program once aftermarket work has been done).
Vehicle Inspection:
Any vehicle exchanged under this program will be inspected by the 777 Nissan Used Vehicle Department and General Manager of the exchanging location. The vehicle will be inspected for eligibility, including but not limited to, damage, excessive wear and tear, and evidence of aftermarket equipment not originally delivered on the vehicle. If it is determined that a non-warranty repair has been performed or is necessary and equals $250 or greater, the vehicle is not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
